Sai Kiran made his film debut in the hit Nuvve Kavali. He has appeared in several successful films, including Preminchu, Manasunte Chaalu, Darling Darling, and Satta. In addition to his film career, he has acted in television serials, portraying Hindu deities such as Krishna, Vishnu, and Venkateshwara. His notable Tamil serials include Thangam and Vamsam, and he made his Malayalam debut with the serial Vanambadi, where he reprised his role from the Telugu version, Koyilamma. Sai Kiran also ventured into music, releasing a single titled "Shivastaan" dedicated to Lord Shiva. He starred in Bimbisara in 2022.
