Ryo Horikawa is a veteran voice actor who made his debut in the 1984 anime Yume Senshi Wingman. He gained prominence for voicing characters such as Vegeta in Dragon Ball Z and Andromeda Shun in Saint Seiya. Additionally, he portrayed Heiji Hattori in Detective Conan and Reinhard in Legend of the Galactic Heroes. Horikawa voiced characters in Dragon Ball Super: Broly (2018) and Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero (2022). He is also the representative director of the talent agency Aslead Company.
