Ruth Wilson is an English actress who portrayed the eponymous character in Jane Eyre (2006). She gained significant recognition for her role as Alice Morgan in the BBC series Luther (2010–2013, 2019) and as Alison Lockhart in Showtime's The Affair (2014–2018).
