Ruffa Gutierrez is a Filipina model and actress who was crowned Binibining Pilipinas World in 1993. She began her acting career as a teenager in the 1980s with BMG Films and joined the cast of German Moreno's That's Entertainment in the early 1990s. In addition to her acting, she represented the Philippines at the 1993 Miss World pageant, where she won the title of Miss World Asia & Oceania and finished as the second runner-up. Gutierrez has appeared in various productions, including Bad Genius: The Series (2025).
