Rudolph Giuliani is an American politician and lawyer who appeared in The Anthrax Attacks: In the Shadow of 9/11 (2022). He served as the 107th mayor of New York City from 1994 to 2001, after previously holding the position of U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York from 1983 to 1989. Giuliani gained prominence for leading the federal prosecution of mafia bosses in the 1980s and for his controversial policies during his mayoralty, including the implementation of the broken windows theory to reduce crime. His leadership after the September 11 attacks earned him the title of 'America's mayor' and he was named Time magazine's Person of the Year in 2001.
