Ruby Bentall is an English actress who played Minnie in Lark Rise to Candleford. She began her professional acting career with an episode of Holby City in 2006. Bentall has portrayed Mary Bennet in Lost in Austen and Verity Poldark in the 2015 adaptation of Winston Graham's Poldark novels. Her stage debut occurred at the National Theatre in 2008, where she appeared in DNA and The Miracle. She also lent her voice to the BBC Radio 4 drama Sister Agnes Investigates. Bentall appeared in Operation Mincemeat in 2022.
