Rosalinde Mynster made her film debut at the age of 16 in the 2008 drama Two Worlds, which is based on a true story about a Jehovah's Witness seeking independence from their family and community. She appeared in the 2010 comedy The Truth About Men alongside Thure Lindhardt and took part in the historical drama A Royal Affair in 2012. Mynster gained significant recognition for her lead role as Fie in the TV series Badehotellet, which aired from 2014 until she departed after five seasons. She is also featured in A Copenhagen Love Story, released in 2025.
