Rocky Carroll is an American actor who portrayed Leon Vance in the CBS series NCIS and its spinoff NCIS: Los Angeles. He gained recognition for his role as Dr. Keith Wilkes in the medical drama Chicago Hope and also appeared as Joey Emerson in the FOX comedy-drama Roc.
