Robert Picardo is an American actor who portrayed the Emergency Medical Hologram (EMH), also known as The Doctor, in UPN's Star Trek: Voyager. His notable roles include Dr. Dick Richards on ABC's China Beach and Coach Cutlip on The Wonder Years, for which he received an Emmy nomination. Picardo has appeared in films such as The Howling (1981) and The 'Burbs (1989), and he played Richard Woolsey in the Stargate franchise. He has also featured in Innerspace as The Cowboy.
