Robert Phalen was an American actor who played Dr. Terence Wynn in Halloween (1978). He began his career in the early 1960s with the San Francisco Actor's Workshop and gained recognition for his performances in Starman (1984), Three Days of the Condor (1975), and Zoot Suit (1981). Phalen also appeared in Someone's Watching Me! (1978) and made guest appearances on television shows such as MASH and Babylon 5.
