Robert Clohessy is an American actor who portrayed Correctional Officer Sean Murphy in the HBO series Oz. He appeared in the final season of Hill Street Blues and had recurring roles in daytime dramas such as All My Children and Guiding Light. Clohessy also featured in the film Across the Universe as Jude's father and was a series regular in the short-lived series Laurie Hill, which starred Ellen DeGeneres. His stage credits include playing 'Mike' in the Broadway revival of Pal Joey from November 2008 to February 2009. He has also been seen in the film Man on a Ledge (2012).
