Rob Paulsen is an American voice actor who won a Daytime Emmy Award for his role as Yakko Warner in Animaniacs (1993). He voiced Raphael from the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Pinky from Pinky and the Brain, and Dr. Otto Scratchansniff. Paulsen has lent his voice to over 250 animated characters and has appeared in more than 1000 commercials. His work includes roles in Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius (2001) and An Extremely Goofy Movie (2000). He has received a second Daytime Emmy Award for his portrayal of Pinky.
