Ritchie Coster is an English actor who portrayed Dietrich Banning in The Tuxedo (2002). He appeared in The Dark Knight (2008) as the Chechen and in Blackhat (2015) as Elias Kassar. Coster had a role as Mayor Austin Chessani in the second season of HBO's anthology series True Detective, and he played Francisco Scaramucci, also known as Mr. Blue, in the SyFy series Happy!.
