Rita Karin is a Polish-American actress who appeared as Yetta in Sophie's Choice (1982). She gained recognition for her role as Jackie Mason's mother in the 1989 television series Chicken Soup. In addition to her acting career, her voice is featured singing children's songs from the camps at the Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C.
