Rie Kugimiya is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with I'm Enterprise who voiced Alphonse Elric in the Fullmetal Alchemist series. Her notable roles include Kagura in Gin Tama and Happy in Fairy Tail, and she is often referred to as the "Queen of Tsundere" due to her portrayal of strong female characters such as Shana in Shakugan no Shana and Taiga Aisaka in Toradora!. Kugimiya voiced Mametchi in various Tamagotchi films and anime.
