Richard Wright was a co-founder of the progressive rock band Pink Floyd, where he played keyboards and provided vocals. He contributed significantly to nearly all Pink Floyd albums and participated in their tours. Wright was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1996 as part of Pink Floyd, and he also recorded two solo albums. His work included leading vocals on tracks like "Time" (1973) and "Wearing the Inside Out" (1994). He appeared in the documentary "Have You Got It Yet? The Story of Syd Barrett and Pink Floyd" (2023).
