Richard Schiff is an American actor who portrayed Toby Ziegler in The West Wing, a performance that earned him an Emmy Award. He made his television directorial debut with the same series, directing the episode 'Talking Points'. Schiff's film credits include roles in The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997), Deep Impact (1998), Johnny English Reborn (2011), Geostorm (2017), and Shock and Awe (2017).
