Richard Dillane is a British actor who appears in a lead role in the Netflix series Young Wallander, based on the character created by Henning Mankell. He portrayed British intelligence agent Peter Nicholls in the Oscar-winning political thriller Argo (2012) and Merv Humphreys in Jim Loach's Oranges and Sunshine. Dillane also featured in the film United Passions (2014).
