Rhys Darby is a New Zealand actor and comedian who gained international fame for his portrayal of Murray Hewitt in the HBO series "Flight of the Conchords" (2007). He began his career in comedy by forming the duo "Rhysently Granted" in 1996 and has since developed a reputation for his energetic stand-up performances. Darby has appeared in various films, including "Yes Man" (2008), "What We Do in the Shadows" (2014), and "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" (2017).
