Rakie Ayola is a Welsh actress who received the BAFTA Cymru Siân Phillips Award in 2023. She studied at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, where she earned a diploma in acting. Ayola has appeared in various television series, including Doctor Who, EastEnders, and Black Mirror, as well as feature films such as Dredd (2012) and Sahara. She won the BAFTA Best Supporting Actress award for her role in the BBC1 film Anthony and served as an Executive Producer on The Pact Season 2, for which she also received the BAFTA Cymru Best Actress Award. Ayola portrayed Kyla Tyson in the medical drama Holby City.
