Rachel Shenton is a British actress and writer who won the Academy Award® for Best Live Action Short Film for her work on The Silent Child (2017), which she wrote, produced, and starred in. She began her career at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, where her play garnered critical acclaim. Shenton portrays Helen in the television series All Creatures Great and Small, which she has been portraying since 2020. She also appears in The Strangers: Chapter 1 (2024), The Strangers: Chapter 2 (2025), and The Strangers: Chapter 3 (2026).
