Rachel Melvin is an American actress who made her film debut in the independent movie Boo (2005). She gained recognition for her role as Chelsea Brady on the soap opera Days of Our Lives and portrayed Penny Pinchelow in Dumb and Dumber To (2014). Melvin has also appeared in various television series, including Summerland, Jack & Bobby, and 8 Simple Rules. In addition to her work on daytime television, she starred as Kaia in the Lifetime film Seven Deadly Sins (2010). Her film credits include roles in Zombeavers (2014) and Madtown (2014). Melvin has also made an appearance in the final season of MTV's Awkward.
