Pritam Chakraborty is a National Award-winning Indian composer who debuted as a solo music composer with the film Stumped (2003). He gained significant recognition with the soundtrack of Dhoom (2004), particularly for its title track, which earned him the Zee Cine Award for Best Track of the Year. Over his extensive career, he has composed music for more than 125 Bollywood films, including Gangster (2006) and Barfi! (2012). Pritam has received numerous accolades, including six Filmfare Awards for Best Music Director and a National Film Award at the 70th National Film Awards in 2022. He founded JAM8 in 2016, which collaborates on various Bollywood projects.
