Pramod Veliyanad is a Kerala-based actor who has been active in theater for 24 years. He began his acting journey with the play Oramma Peta Makkal and has worked with various theater troupes, including Thiruvananthapuram Ananthapuri and Pala Communication. His performances earned him the State Government Award for Best Comedian in 2007 and again in 2009. Transitioning to cinema, he has appeared in films such as John Luther (2022), Kala (2021), and Neelavelicham (2023). Pramod Veliyanad's short film Arpo received the National Award for Best Actor.
