Polly Holliday is an American actress who portrayed the character Florence Jean "Flo" Castleberry in the 1970s sitcom Alice. She reprised this role in the spin-off series Flo, where her character's catchphrase "Kiss my grits!" became widely recognized. Holliday has also appeared in films such as Gremlins (1984) and The Parent Trap (1998).
