Penelope Mitchell is an Australian actress who portrayed Letha Godfrey in the horror series Hemlock Grove. She initially pursued a career in law, completing an undergraduate degree in Arts: Media Communication at Melbourne University. Before her notable role in Hemlock Grove, she appeared in various television shows. Mitchell has also played Liv Parker in The Vampire Diaries and appeared in films such as Hellboy (2019) and Muzzle (2023). She is a cousin of actress Radha Mitchell.
