Peeter Volkonski is an Estonian actor, musician, and theatre director who was a member of the punk band Propeller, established in 1978. His career includes a role in the film The Black Hole (2025). Volkonski has a notable family background, being a descendant of the Russian noble Volkonsky family, with connections to prominent figures in music and opera. His mother, Helvi Jürisson, worked as a translator and children's author. Volkonski also ventured into politics, running as a candidate for the Free Party in the 2015 Estonian parliamentary elections.
