Paul Schneider is an American actor who portrayed Dick Liddil in The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford (2007). He gained recognition for his lead role as Mark Brendanawicz in the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation (2009–10). Schneider co-wrote and starred in the romantic drama All the Real Girls (2003), which earned him a Gotham Independent Film Award nomination for Breakthrough Performer. His filmography includes supporting roles in Elizabethtown (2005), Lars and the Real Girl (2007), and Water for Elephants (2011). He received the National Society of Film Critics Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Bright Star (2009). Schneider won Best Actor in a Narrative Feature at the Tribeca Film Festival for Goodbye to All That (2014).
