Paul Reiser is an American actor who portrayed Carter Burke in Aliens (1986). He gained prominence through his roles in the sitcoms My Two Dads and Mad About You, as well as in the film Diner (1982). Reiser played Detective Jeffrey Friedman in both Beverly Hills Cop (1984) and its sequel Beverly Hills Cop II (1987). He also appeared in War on Everyone (2016) and Concussion (2015). More recently, he was seen as Doug Getty in the series Red Oaks.
