Paul Higgins

Paul Higgins is a Scottish actor who played Jamie McDonald in the BBC series The Thick of It and its spin-off film In the Loop (2009). He has appeared in various television series, including Utopia (2013) and Line of Duty (2013, 2017). Higgins also had roles in the films Complicity and Victoria & Abdul (2017). His stage work includes performances in Paul and Black Watch, and he wrote the play Nobody Will Ever Forgive Us, which was staged at the Traverse Theatre in 2008. Notably, he portrayed Gil Cameron in the BBC drama Hope Springs.
