Paul Blackthorne is an English actor who made his film debut in the Academy Award-nominated Hindi film Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India (2001). He has primarily worked in American cinema and television, featuring in notable roles on series such as ER and 24 in 2004. Blackthorne was also a main cast member in The Dresden Files (2007), Lipstick Jungle (2008–09), and Arrow (2012–18). His film credits include Dumb and Dumber To (2014) and Margrete: Queen of the North (2021).
