Paolo Bonacelli is an Italian actor who portrayed The Duke de Blangis in Pasolini's controversial film Salò (1975). His film career includes notable roles in Midnight Express (1978) and Caligula (1979), where he played Cassius Chaerea. Bonacelli also appeared alongside Roberto Benigni in Johnny Stecchino and Night on Earth, both released in 1991. His work extends to more recent films such as The American (2010) and In the Hand of Dante (2026).
