Pamela Adlon is an American actress and voice artist who voiced Bobby Hill in the animated series King of the Hill (1997–2010), earning a Primetime Emmy Award for her performance. She has lent her voice to characters such as Ashley Spinelli in Recess (1997–2003) and Vidia in several Tinker Bell films. Adlon has appeared in films including Say Anything..., Sgt. Bilko, and Bumblebee (2018). She played significant roles in the comedy-drama series Californication (2007–2014) and Louie (2010–2015), where she also contributed as a writer and producer. Adlon co-created, wrote, produced, and directed the FX series Better Things, where she stars as Sam Fox.
