Otto Sanchez is an actor who portrayed Carmen Guerra in the HBO series Oz. He has appeared in various television shows, including Law & Order and its spin-offs, as well as Third Watch and Burn Notice. His film credits include a lead role as Jorge in Push, which received awards at The Long Island Film Festival, and a minor role in Bad Boys 2. Sanchez also featured in the short-lived drama Kidnapped and was involved in the film The Moment I Died. He appeared in Terminator Genisys (2015).
