Osgood Perkins is an American filmmaker and actor who made his directorial debut with the horror film The Blackcoat's Daughter (2015). He began his career as a child actor, playing the young Norman Bates in Psycho II (1983), and later featured in Six Degrees of Separation (1993) and Legally Blonde (2001). Perkins directed films such as I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House (2016) and Gretel & Hansel (2020). His recent projects include Longlegs (2024) and The Monkey (2025). Osgood Perkins co-founded the production company Phobos with producer Chris Ferguson.
