Norman Tsui Siu-Keung is a Hong Kong actor who gained prominence for his roles as heroic protagonists in martial arts films during the 1970s and 1980s. He later transitioned to portray villainous characters in the 1990s. Tsui was under contract with Asia Television in that decade and has since focused on acting in Mainland China. His notable works include The Enchanting Phantom (2020), Snow Monster (2019), and The Comeback (2023). Tsui has also appeared in Bai Yutang and Mystery of Maneater Wolf (2021) and Iron Kung Fu Fist (2022).
