Noriaki Sugiyama is a Japanese voice and television actor affiliated with Stay-Luck, having previously worked with Production Baobab and Axl One. He is known for his roles in Bleach (2004) and Boruto: Naruto the Movie (2015), where he often portrays characters with similar voices and personalities. Sugiyama, affectionately called Non-tan by fans, received this nickname from fellow voice actress Junko Takeuchi during a radio show. He has worked extensively in the Naruto franchise.
