Nora Waldstätten is a descendant of the renowned Martha Elizabeth, Baroness Von Waldstätten, who was a patroness of Mozart. She commenced her acting career while studying at the Berlin Arts University, graduating in 2007. In 2009, she was honored with the Bunte Magazine 'New Faces' award for best young German actress, and in January 2010, she received the Max Ophüls Prize for 'Most Promising Actress.' Waldstätten appeared in the film Personal Shopper (2016).
