Nobuko Miyamoto is a Japanese actress who won the Japanese Academy Award for Best Actress in 1988 for her performance in A Taxing Woman. She was married to director Jūzō Itami, with whom she frequently collaborated in films. Her notable works include A Taxing Woman (1987), and she lent her voice to the character in Stand by Me Doraemon 2 (2020). Miyamoto has received eight nominations for the Best Actress award throughout her career.
