Noble Willingham is an American actor who appeared in over thirty films and numerous television series. He portrayed C.D. Parker in the long-running series Walker, Texas Ranger. Willingham's extensive television career includes roles in notable shows such as Bonanza, Gunsmoke, and Dallas, as well as guest appearances on The A-Team and Murder, She Wrote. He co-starred in a 1991 episode of Quantum Leap alongside Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell. Willingham's film credits include The Howling (1981).
