Nils Gunnar Lie is a Norwegian journalist and television presenter who began his career at NRK in 1976. He transitioned to television in 1983, becoming a reporter and host for Dagsrevyen, and later led the debate program Antenne 10. After 16 years at NRK, he joined TV 2, where he hosted the debate show Holmgang at the network's launch in 1992. Lie also hosted the Norwegian version of Jeopardy! in 1996 and 1997, and served as a news anchor for TV 2 Nyhetene for seven years. His notable works include Headhunters (2011). In 1989, he received the Kringkastingsprisen and was named TV Personality of the Year.
