Nico Mirallegro is an English actor who played Barry "Newt" Newton in the British soap opera Hollyoaks from 2007 to 2010. He began his acting career at the Manchester School of Acting before landing his notable role in Hollyoaks. Mirallegro has appeared in various productions, including the short film Six Minutes of Freedom (2009), where he portrayed a troubled teenager training to be a boxer. He also played Sam in the film McQueen (2016) and appeared in the BBC drama The Body Farm (2011) as a gay heroin addict. He was featured in Goodbye Christopher Robin (2017).
