Nicky Whelan is an Australian actress who played Pepper Steiger in the soap opera Neighbors. She gained attention in Hollywood with her role as Maya, a medical student, in the ninth season of Scrubs. Whelan has appeared in several films, including the comedy The Wedding Ringer (2015) and the action thriller Trauma Center (2019). She also starred in the 2022 film Maneater. In addition to her film work, she had a regular role in the web series Chosen, alongside Milo Ventimiglia. Whelan has collaborated with notable talents, including Terrence Malick in Knight of Cups.
