Nicholas Woodeson is an English actor who made his film debut in Heaven's Gate (1980). He has an extensive career in theatre, having worked with the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and performed on Broadway in productions such as Man and Superman (1978) and An Inspector Calls (1995). Woodeson has appeared in various films including The Russia House (1990), The Pelican Brief (1993), and Skyfall (2012). His stage work includes notable roles in Pinter's The Birthday Party and The Homecoming. In 2017, he was nominated for a UK Theatre Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his portrayal of Willy Loman in Death of a Salesman. He also featured in the film Rome (2005).
