Neil Flynn is an American actor and comedian who made his film debut in Major League (1989). He portrayed the Janitor in the television series Scrubs (2001–2009) and Mike Heck in the sitcom The Middle (2009–2018). Flynn's film credits include supporting roles in Mean Girls (2004) and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008), as well as a starring role in Hoot (2006). His television work features a voice role as XR in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (2000–2001) and a recurring character in Shrinking (2023–present).
