Ned Bellamy is an American actor who co-founded the theater company The Actors' Gang alongside Tim Robbins. He has appeared in various films, including Universal Soldier (1992), Wind Chill (2007), and Blood Money (2017). Bellamy also had a notable role in the television series Seinfeld, specifically in the episode titled The Fatigues. His performance in Father Stu (2022) is significant. Bellamy's brother, Mark Bellamy, served as the United States Ambassador to Kenya from 2003 to 2006.
