Nathalie Baye is a French actress who won four César Awards, including Best Actress for La Balance (1982). She began her film career in 1970 and has appeared in over 80 films, with notable roles in Day for Night (1973), Catch Me If You Can (2002), Tell No One (2006), and The Assistant (2015). Baye received her first César Award for Every Man for Himself (1980) and has been nominated ten times in total. In addition to her film work, she has also performed on stage and was appointed a Chevalier of the Legion of Honour in 2009. She collaborated with Steven Spielberg on Catch Me If You Can.
