Naoki Tatsuta is a Japanese voice actor who played Oolong in Dragon Ball. He is affiliated with Aoni Production and has contributed his voice to various animated projects. In addition to his work in Dragon Ball, he is featured in Doraemon: Nobita's Secret Gadget Museum (2013). Tatsuta has also used the stage name Ryūta Naoki in his career.
