He graduated with a BFA in Acting from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 2003 and has trained at notable improv schools, including The Groundlings and Upright Citizens Brigade. Brown has acted in various films such as Ouija (2014), Contracted: Phase II (2015), and XX (2017), along with television roles in series like "New Girl," "Parks and Recreation," and "American Crime Story." He has also produced several films, including All the Creatures Were Stirring (2018) and Jakob's Wife (2021).
