Molly Bernard is an American actress who began her career in the film Pay It Forward (2000). She gained prominence for her portrayal of Lauren Heller in the television series Younger, where she became a series regular in its second season. Bernard's other notable works include a recurring role in the series Alpha House (2013-2014) and an appearance in The Intern (2015). She also featured in the film Otherhood (2019) and will appear in Hit Man (2024). Bernard holds a bachelor's degree from Skidmore College and an MFA in acting from Yale School of Drama.
